My tiny tiny baby turned 4 last Monday!
And is no longer almost 4 pounds!
He wanted chocolate pie for his birthday dessert, so that’s what we had. Since we’re moving, I didn’t have candles or anything, but he didn’t seem to mind. And, since instant chocolate pudding has milk in it, I had oreos for my monthly dessert. (Probably should have had the pie anyway, since I could have made it with coconut milk and had just as much milk as in the cookies… maybe)
We have been so blessed by having E-Man.
I just looked up what E-Man’s name means and found his full meaning is firm and strong, which I knew. But then I also found that it means enduring and long – lived, while his middle name means appointed by God from the womb. That totally rocks me because we picked his name out before he was born not knowing how close we came to losing him.
God had his eye on him from the beginning, huh?
Anyway, since then, I’ve had 3 sugar cookies. I’ve been trying to have snacks throughout the day and didn’t that day… oh well…
I also found out that mayo has high fructose corn syrup in it.
Why does mayo have sugar in it?
Hummus is a very good substitute… just so ya know.
I’m still going to use it for tunafish sandwiches, but try to cut it out of most everything else.
May God bless your socks off!
